My Story

Hello! I'm Melissa Cruz, founder of Mystiq Sol Reiki.

My spiritual journey has been unfolding for many years, and I continue to grow and learn every day. Before starting my Reiki practice, I dedicated 23 years to the healthcare field, where I had the privilege of caring for others. That experience taught me the importance of compassion, empathy, and supporting people through difficult times.

As my own healing journey evolved, I realized I was being called to help people on a deeper level—not only physically, but emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. That calling led me to become a Reiki practitioner and create Mystiq Sol Reiki, where I have the honor of supporting others as they find balance, peace, clarity, and renewed energy.

Starting this business has been more than a career change—it's been a purpose-driven journey. Every person I meet reminds me why I chose this path. I believe healing looks different for everyone, and I'm grateful to provide a safe, welcoming space where people can reconnect with themselves and continue their own journey toward wellness.
