Client Consent

By booking or participating in an in-person or distance Reiki session, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• ✦The services provided are intended to provide relaxation and reduce stress. They are in no way a substitute for traditional medical treatment or advice.
• ✦Your chosen Reiki practitioner will not offer any diagnosis or recommend any medical treatment or prescribed medication.
• ✦You understand that you must continue to have regular medical check-ups as part of your overall personal health care plan. You should contact your own certified and licensed medical physician/doctor/healthcare professional for any physical or psychological ailments or concerns.
• ✦Your participation in any Reiki Treatment Session is voluntary, and you may choose to end your participation at any time.
• ✦You may experience “self-healing reactions” during the 48 hours following a Reiki treatment and healing session.
• ✦Any information exchanged during a session is educational in nature and is to be used at your own discretion.
• ✦All information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and will not be shared with anyone without your written permission.
• ✦By engaging our services, you certify that the information you have provided is true and correct.

Client Responsibility & Complementary Therapy
